Becoming athletic again

Life gets busy, jobs give responsibilities, and families grow. But as the extra responsibilities mount, your health and fitness start to take a back seat.

I am a strength & conditioning professional passionate about helping people. I’ve worked in professional and college sports for the last eight years. Throughout my experiences, I’ve realized there are so many things we use on a daily basis with pro athletes that can help everyone else outside of sports. I see former athletes that were top players in their respective sports struggling to get themselves back to it.

I am currently working on an e-book to provide you with quality information on how to go from the couch to being athletic again. It will include exercise programming and principles, nutrition information, and education necessary to reach you potential again.
